Two new courses for May 2016:

After working extensively with a number of our regular customers, we are pleased to announce two new courses covering customer relations.

Customer Focussed Communications explores how and why we communicate and how to communicate effectively to the range of different people you may be dealing with on a daily basis.

Customer Care and Conflict Management discusses how positive customer care can reduce conflict and explores conflict escalation and route to help de-escalate a situation.

Changes to Level 3 Safeguarding

There is a proposed competency framework by the intercollegiate group who decide and implement the Safeguarding frameworks.  At present this framework is still up for consultation and has not yet been approved.  This said, it does appear that a number of regions are using the framework for training.

First Emergence Ltd are pleased to confirm that our materials meet the requirements for Adult Level 3 Safeguarding so are now advertising our Level 3 Safeguarding course as Children and Adults.
