Change to booking process
From the 1st April 2020, we shall be changing our booking policy. Over the past year we have had several occurrences where a customer has cancelled on the day and is then refusing to pay the invoice. As a business, a training event carries costs whether the training is completed or not.
Our terms are that we will cancel a booking with no fee with minimum 14 days notice. We will reschedule a booking with no fee with minimum 7 days notice. Else, full amount payable. This has been in place since 2015 and compared to a lot of other companies, extremely generous.
From the 1st April 2020, all bookings taken will be provisional until the invoice is paid.
